We are Morimoto Shokai Co.,Ltd  promote Hamada City in Shimane Prefecture, as well as revitalize the local economy by the practical use of fresh produce harvested by local farmers in  this area. Without using chemical food additives, we provide a variety of dry fruits free of additives. By cutting them into bite-size pieces, these dry fruits are made of all generations.

A local specialty of Shimane Prefecture, Saijyo kaki, are cut into bite-size pieces and dried without any chemical food additives.
Thanks to our slow drying process, you can still taste the natural sweetness and good flavor called UMAMI in Japanese. Also you    feel chewy texture as well.

A local specialty of Shimane Prefecture, Houraishi figs, are cut into bite-size pieces (4-8 equal parts) and dried without any added chemical food preservatives. Houraishi figs are rich with natural sugars that make the fruit delicious to eat. There are 6-7 figs per package.
A local specialty from Asahi town in Hamada City, Shimane Prefecture, these pears are cut into bite-size pieces and dried without any chemical food additives. Several types such as Hosui, Niitaka, and others are available, you can enjoy each flavor. Without losing any of its natural flavors or sweetness, Asahinobi is a dried pear in high quality.
